Velvet moments: spring in my garden

After a long, cold winter, it’s finally warm enough to sit in my garden and enjoy the sunshine. It’s a stunning spring day: clear, blue sky, a slight breeze and the sun’s rays feel delightfully warm. My garden is simply bursting with life and colour. The fish and the salamanders in the pond are swimming around excitedly, a pair of birds are busy flying to and fro from the birdhouse with food in their beaks for their nestlings, and the flowers are in full bloom.

I’m heading out to my garden in a minute with a chilled Pinot Nero :-) to enjoy my little Velvet Escape right in my own backyard.

Photos of my garden:

Ok, my Pinot Nero is chilled! Catch you later.

Cheers!

Thanks so much for your comments. I don’t like gardening – I tend to do only what is necessary ;-) but I love sitting in my garden when the sun is out. I must say, it does look very pretty this year. :-)

    Cheers,
    Keith
