The last time I visited Toronto was more than sixteen years ago. Yup, in 1996! I was a student with a backpack and I stayed at a hostel. This Wednesday, I’ll be returning with a few blogger friends to experience the good life, albeit for a few days, in Canada’s largest city. As we explore the city, we hope to find the answers to one question:
“What’s Luxury in Toronto?”
Our trip kicks off with a limousine pick-up at the airport. We’ll be driven to our luxurious accommodation at the brand new Shangri-La Hotel Toronto. A cocktail reception awaits us, after which we’ll be treated to dinner atop the iconic CN Tower – I’m sure the night views of Toronto are phenomenal. In the following days, we’ll scout around the city’s leisure, arts, shopping and culinary scenes to uncover the best that Toronto offers to the discerning traveller. I have the great pleasure of being accompanied by my good friends Abigail King (@insidetravellab), Isabelle Kenis (@isabellestravel) and Sarah Lee (@livesharetravel), all experts in luxury travel.

Thanks Paul! We visited Yorkville as well and popped into some of the shops/boutiques. Very cool district indeed!
Cheers,
Keith
As a fellow Torontonian, make sure you visit Yorkville, which is located near bloor/bay and is probably Canada’s most expensive district.
Thinking you might love Monk restaurant & lounge at the Templar Hotel in toronto. enjoy your trip!
I’ve got a trip booked for Toronto, early next year and I can’t wait! Just in gathering information mode at the moment so will keep my eye on your Toronto shenanigans.
