What: Wonton noodles
Where: Tsim Chai Kee Noodle. 98, Wellington Street, Central, HK
Notes: The wonton balls were seriously good! As big as golf balls, they’re freshly made every day and the ladies stuff them with a rich paste full of prawns. The wonton can be eaten in a variety of ways; plain or in a combination with noodles (dry or soup). I ordered both wonton in noodles (dry) and wonton in beef noodle soup. Simply delicious!
This small restaurant can be found on Wellington Street near the Mid-Level Escalators.

Wantons are so delicious, weather is dry or wet. I love it when they mix it with spicy sauce haha.
Yup, so true! Well said Nigel! 🙂
What made them even more delicious was that fresh, sweet prawn taste combined with the very cool morning when the steam rising from it practically gave us a facial 🙂 Nothing like steaming hot soup of a cold morning for breakfast.
Looks yummy! Great post.
Thanks for your comment Steve. Those wontons were wonderlicious! 🙂
Cheers,
Keith
