I never thought my first post on the fridge magnet ‘The ubiquitous fridge magnet‘ would attract the type of attention it did. Quite a few readers sent me pictures of their favourite magnets – I bunched these together and published it in a new post: ‘The fridge magnet – readers’ favourites‘. A few weeks ago, I received a surprising email from a Twitter pal: Nico.

“I was inspired by your post about travel magnets since my own fridge is exploding with them! I couldn’t help myself and sent you a whole selection to look at!”

I really liked Nico’s magnet collection and was just blown away by the fact that he took the trouble to take pictures of each and every one of them! I promised Nico I would dedicate a post to his collection and here it is. Thank you Nico for sharing your collection.

Enjoy! 🙂

  • Sorry but I’m not aware of any fridge magnet sites. Good luck with your search.

  • Looking for an on-line site to purchase fridge magnets from international destinations. I started collecting on about my third overseas trip from Australia, and so am miising those from my earlier visits to Turkey, the Middle East and Rome. Any advice on where to look, rather than trolling through the commercial web-sites?
